THE ORDERING PROCESS

1. Place your order online. We will then either contact you telephonically or send you an email confirming your order and the price fixing. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order.

2. On acceptance of the order and price fixing, you are required to make full payment within 12 hours. Your order will only be packaged and shipped, once all funds have been processed and cleared through our bank.

4. A confirmation of payment email will be sent to you with the courier company details and waybill number. Please do call the courier company to track your parcel.

Conditions

• Delivery of our products will take between 7-10 working days for national deliveries i.e. South Africa.
• Purchase conditions may vary for orders in excess of R100 000.00
• Your Metcon Refinery order as well as price fixing will automatically be canceled if we do not receive payment within 12 hours.
•  You may place your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week basing your order on our online price indications.
• Business hours are Monday to Thursday 08h30 to 15h00 and Fridays 08h30 to 13h30. Should your order fall within business hours, your order and price fixing will be confirmed the same day. If the order is placed after business hours, your order will be processed the next business day. Public Holidays are considered as after business hours.

RAM couriers

RAM couriers are our prefered courier company when transporting precious goods. Your goods are fully insured and covered against all possible risks whilst in transit to you, should you select the insurance option. You will be required to sign for the product and produce your ID.
